Vice President, Finance & Administration 

Patti Collier is the cornerstone of our operation. With a background in managing operations across many industries. She brings creative solutions and a charming personality to our team. As the main point of contact for all accounts, she makes projects happen within the clients budget and vision. 

Mike Collier

 President

Mike Collier founded Blackhawk Construction Services LLC in 2012. He began his career constructing transmission lines for Georgia Power in the 1980s. As he gained more experience and knowledge in growth of consumer power needs, he envisioned himself as a builder of communities. This is when he founded his first company. For 30 years, he built communities in Georgia and Florida. Looking for a challenge, he decided to form Blackhawk Construction Services LLC. With a goal to exceed the standards previously set and use his extensive experience, Blackhawk Construction Services LLC engages in a large variety of services including Commercial Office, Medical, Hospitality , Industrial, New Construction, Tenant Build Out, Remodels, and Additions.

Kayla Collier

​Senior Interior Designer

Kayla Collier has had a creative flare since a young age. With 6 years of experience, she has worked in both the residential and commercial sector. Right out of high school, she began an apprenticeship with a well-known architect in Atlanta. During this time, she graduated from Valdosta State University with a Bachelor in Professional Preparation in Interior Design. In addition to helping clients achieve their vision, she is able to bring a young and fresh feel to any design while providing cost analysis so every client gets the most for their money.
